perma CLASSIC, perma FUTURA & perma FUTURA PLUS

First, select the lubrication system with the desired lubricant.

In addition, you require the appropriate activator to determine the discharge period.

Possible discharge periods:

- 1 month (yellow activator) Art. No. 101331

- 3 months (green activator) Art. No. 101332

- 6 months (red activator) Art. No. 101333

- 12 months (grey activator) Art. No. 103335

perma CLASSIC
At the end of the discharge period, the red piston is visible at the connection thread lid.

perma FUTURA & perma FUTURA PLUS
Thanks to the  transparent plastic housing, the fill level is permamently visible.

The electrochemical reaction is influenced by cold or warm ambient temperatures and affects the discharge parameters.

The discharge period is prolonged at low temperatures and shorter at higher temperatures. Please refer to the table for reference values.

To activate perma CLASSIC / perma FUTURA, hold it with the lubricant outlet pointing downwards. Screw the activator with integrated gas generator into the lubrication system hand-tight. Using a suitable tool, turn the activator until the eyelet comes off at the breaking point.

The gas generator will then detach from the activator, and perma CLASSIC / FUTURA is activated.

Check the activation by shaking the lubricator.

The external influence of rotation and vibration can impact the lubrication system and the lubricant. In many cases, this results in an accelerated discharge.

After activation, the lubrication system can be used in any mounting position.

In perma single-point lubrication systems, all greases up to NLGI 2 and all oils can be used.

Lubricants can be ordered directly from the manufacturer by perma or supplied by the customer.
